Odonata Consulting is led by a fully credentialled Navy Veteran and highly experienced executive coach with over 10 years of coaching, leadership assessment, development debriefing and career positioning or repositioning services delivered across the Public and Private sectors.

Completed a licensed 34 strengths assessment report, followed by a structured 90-minute debrief with a qualified CliftonStrengths coach. Insights are used to articulate transferable strengths and leadership identity in a private-sector context and incorporation into Resume and LinkedIn profile reports.

Licensed multi-rater leadership intelligence assessment, facilitated by an accredited expert practitioner with a 90-minute debrief to support effective positioning for board, advisory and private-sector roles.

Conduct up to 8 individual 60-minute sessions focused on transition strategy, executive narrative development, stakeholder positioning and career pathway clarity. Delivered by video call or in person by arrangement.
